The unique feature of this on-site van & annex is, there are three separate sleeping spaces. One could be repurposed into more living or eating room. The van comes with two sets of bunks and a double bed, a separate shower cubicle and toilet closet, a retro-functional kitchen with a good-size benchtop, plenty of cupboards, and a full-sized fridge. A modern air-conditioner is included along with all furnishings and bedding. To make the most of the available seating area, a clever dining table is included with chairs for a few and stools for many. Although this is move-in ready, there is ample opportunity to make some fun improvements, both inside and out.
Clyde View has the best of everything for holidaymakers. A village that includes a well-stocked IGA, butcher, baker, bottle shop, eateries, chemist, newsagent, day spa, hairdresser, and newsagent all on your door step. Next door is the largest inclusive playground in Eurobodalla and a short drive away is the Bay Pavilion with kids’ pools, slides and entertainment.
